Bindr Terms of Service
Draft — pending legal review before R1.
Version: 2026-09
These terms govern your use of the Bindr app. By using the app, you accept these terms.
Provider
Bindr Sp. z o.o., ul. Uniwersytecka 13, 40-007 Katowice, Poland
Contact: privacy@usebindr.com
The service
- Bindr lets you track a Pokémon TCG card collection: add cards, organise them into folders and record their condition, quantity and purchase price.
- Catalog data (card information and images) is shown as is. We do not guarantee that it is complete or accurate.
- Prices are for information only and are not an offer or a valuation.
Your account
- On first launch the app creates an anonymous account. You do not need to provide any data to start.
- You can link the account to an email address, a Google account or, when available, an Apple account. Linking lets you keep your collection when you change devices.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- disrupt the service or circumvent its security measures or limits;
- extract data from the service by automated means without our permission;
- impersonate anyone.
We may restrict access to the service if these rules are broken.
Your content
The data you enter (collection, folders, prices, display name) remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and process it only as needed to run the service.
Premium
- Premium subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play and are managed and cancelled there, under those stores' rules.
- Deleting your Bindr account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the store where you bought it.
Intellectual property
Pokémon and card names and images are trademarks and works of their respective owners. Bindr is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures or GAME FREAK. The app, its code and its design belong to the provider.
Availability and liability
- We aim to keep the service available, but interruptions, for example for maintenance, can happen.
- To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the service being unavailable or from inaccurate catalog data or prices.
- Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under Polish and European Union law.
Termination and account deletion
- You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in the app settings.
- Deleting the account starts a 30-day period during which it can be restored; the privacy policy describes the details.
- We may end the service for an account that seriously breaches these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they habitually reside.
Changes to these terms
New versions are published at a new versioned address. If you accepted an earlier version, the app asks you to accept the new one before you continue.
